Our Prototype

This is the prototype my group and I designed. We made this by creating a wooden mold and used the vacuum former to make our cast out of plastic. We used a wooden spindle on the inside so that the bandages are easy to pull out of the dispenser. We wanted the bandages to be on a continuous roll, again to create easy use. We created this part of the prototype by cutting long strips of wax paper, placing the bandages on them, and then cut small slits to create a perforated cut so that the bandages would       tear off easily.
